Hudec Exhibition was open from 14th  to 29th of July 2008. The opening of the exhibition on the Day of Chinese Cultural Heritage was a very successful event with more than 100 of visitors.

The exhibiton was organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Hungary in Shanghai, together with the Shanghai Urban Planning Administration Bureau, the Shanghai Urban Construction Archives and the College of Architecture and Urban Planning of Tongji University.
The exhibition focuses not only on L.E. Hudec, the architect but also the man, who made a very long journey from Hungary to China, to become one of the most influential architects of the 20th century in Shanghai.
